This playful class incorporates the FeetUp Trainer. We practice yoga poses like our regular class, add in strength training with resistance bands, and play with inversions! Going upside-down is completely optional since you can practice the same or a similar pose while keeping your toes on the ground if you choose. This trainer makes inversions fun, safe, and accessible to all sizes and experience levels without the stress on the neck and spine, while building core strength. This is an all levels and beginner friendly class. If you want more inversion guidance join us for a FeetUp Foundations class or book a private/small group session if you want even more guidance. 

Switch your perspective and turn your practice upside-down! We have a lot of fun in this class!

 For safety reasons this class is not suitable for young children.
