Sunrise Yoga

Start your day with an energizing yoga flow or take it slow. This class is a bit like the Room of Requirement from the Harry Potter books in that we tailor the class to the energy level of who's in the room. Some days it is more flowing and energetic, some days more static and stretching, and some days it will be more gentle and stretchy. This is an all levels class, pose variations will be offered, and props are available for extra support or an added challenge to your practice.
