This is our "Yoga For All" class that we had on the schedule ... just a new class name! 

This is an all levels vinyasa (linking breath to movement) flow that has some modified or full sun salutations and combination of floor, seated, standing, and balancing poses. We focus on breath, foundation, alignment, and finding what feels good within your body rather than what it "should" look like. Our instructors teach to who's in the room making this a great class for both beginners and more seasoned yogis. Variations and yoga props will be available to help make the poses more gentle or add a challenge as you choose. We also practice breathing exercises and meditation techniques to calm your mind and help you connect to the present moment... this will help you both on and off the mat! 

 Our studio is a relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming environment where you are encouraged to come as you are, do what you can, have fun, and feel good in your body! Come and have some laughs while increasing your flexibility, reducing stress, and strengthening your mind and body.  Prior yoga experience or flexibility is NOT needed, but a sense of humor is recommended! 

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced student you are welcome here and we look forward to you becoming a part of our Yoga Community.
