Get the best of both worlds with this combination class! We begin with some mindfulness and breath work then gently work our way up to more movement and flow. Variations are offered if you prefer a more gentle practice or want an added challenge... the choice is yours! The second half of class is a restorative/yin based practice. These postures are held longer to allow your body to relax and release tension. We use blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support our bodies as we completely relax and unwind. There may be some guided meditation and/or sound healing offered during the final rest.
