This meditative, fluid, and soothing class is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You will experience slow flowing movements to warm the body and release muscular tension, breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and a variety of standing, seated and reclined postures to increase flexibility, strength, and stability. Pose variations and props are offered to make this class more accessible or add a challenge if desired. 

This is an excellent class to learn yoga foundations, quiet your mind, and reduce stress in a gentle, loving way. All our classes are easy-going and welcoming to all.
