The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a gentle self-treatment technique using specialty tools that enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce persistent pain while easing the mind and restoring overall wellbeing.
This 2-hr all-levels workshop will use MELT specialized soft rollers and MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to rehydrate and restore your connective tissue system by creating gentle compression and lengthening techniques in the whole body.
