Wake up and get your day off to a strong start with this 45 min yoga flow! This Hatha/Vinyasa style class focuses on building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Modifications and yoga props are available to make this class more accessible to beginners. Students need to be able to move from grounded to standing postures.
The studio is warm, but not "hot yoga" temps, to help loosen tight muscles.
To balance out the effort, we begin our practice with gentle movements and end with feel good stretching and guided relaxation to further bring the mind and body to ease. Come embrace, empower, & embody the TRUE YOU.
