Hatha Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. We practice some modified or full sun salutations and a combination of grounded, standing, and balancing postures. We also practice breathing exercises and meditation techniques to calm your mind and help you connect to the present moment... this will help you both on and off the mat! 

This a great class for both beginner and regular yoga practitioners. Variations and yoga props will be available to help adapt more challenging poses if needed or add an additional challenge if desired. 

 Our studio is a relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming environment where you are encouraged to come as you are, do what you can, have fun, and feel good in your body! Come and have some laughs while increasing your flexibility, reducing stress, and strengthening your mind and body.  Prior yoga experience or flexibility is NOT needed, but a sense of humor is recommended! 

If you're only here for the Savasana, we won't judge that either!
